Step 1: Evaluation

Our first meeting is complimentary. Establishing comfort and chemistry are key to building a successful relationship. This meeting is where it all begins.

We meet you in your home to evaluate your repair needs and ideas, such as, important cosmetic details for us to consider, project timeframe, and your vision for the finished product. During this meeting, we will advise you of any foreseeable issues (structural, electrical, plumbing and/or zoning concerns). Generally, this meeting lasts no longer than 60 minutes. Within 7-10 days, we will present a Preliminary Estimate.

Step 2: Repairs

Once the repairs are agreed upon, you sign a Construction Contract. If necessary, we will pull the required permits and begin repairs. During repairs, we place particular emphasis on protecting your home and maintaining a clean work area. A Construction Supervisor will be on site daily and will serve as the point person during the entire repairs phase.
